KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and maintain company-wide IT infrastructure (hardware, software, and networks).

Act as the primary liaison for IT vendors and service providers.

Evaluate, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Track procurement, allocation, and lifecycle of all IT assets.

Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT hardware and software assets.

Ensure timely license renewals, warranty tracking, and compliance management.

Coordinate repair, replacement, and upgrade of IT equipment through vendors.

Document all IT assets, vendor details, and maintenance schedules.

Assist in IT budgeting related to hardware, software, and vendor services.

Support internal teams with timely IT troubleshooting and issue resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in IT administration.

Hands-on experience in vendor coordination and asset management.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
