IT Support Analyst Security Operations

Job Description

What You Will Be Doing

• Triage issues across various departments and escalate appropriately.
• Manage incidents using ServiceNow and PagerDuty.
• Monitor and respond to basic security alerts in coordination with the Security Operations team.
• Assist in vulnerability management processes, including tracking and follow-up on remediation tasks.
• Maintain and update the status page to communicate incidents to our customer base.
• Follow defined escalation paths to ensure timely resolution in line with SLAs.
• Maintain and improve existing processes and documentation.
• Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.
• Support compliance with internal security policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

What You Will Likely Bring

• 3+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated success.
• Experience with Incident Management and ITIL frameworks.
• Foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles (Security+ or similar certification preferred).
• Familiarity with vulnerability management tools and processes is a plus.
• IT education and/or certifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or similar cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure EntraID.
