Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic IT Support Intern to join our IT team. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers or recent graduates with a keen interest in IT hardware and infrastructure support. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting the company’s computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for hardware-related issues including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware components and operating systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic network connectivity issues.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and support documentation.
• Set up and configure new user accounts and workstations.
• Support in managing office devices like projectors, routers, and biometric systems.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff in a timely manner.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mac).
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of IT support.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 0–6 months of experience (internship/freelance/project work is a plus).
• Willingness to work from office and provide on-site support.
