2. Desktop Knowledge: (Outlook Fundamentals, OS related issue )

3 Some Server Knowledge Server- 2016, 2019, 2021, OS, AD, DHCP, DNS,

4 M O365 admin, G-suite, Teams, VC fundamentals

5. Knowledge of Any UTM/Firewall (Sonicwall, Sophos, Fortinet)

6. Should have worked with Backup Solutions (Desireable)

7. Should have worked with Anti Virus, patches

8. Training /Knowledge of Microsoft certification is preferable

9 Communication Skill Excellent (R/W/S English)

10. Work Experience 2-4 + years

Job Profile:

• Based at a Client location in Gurgaon
• ITIL Based Service Delivery
• L2 Level trouble shooting and administration
• Networking management, monitoring,
• Installation, maintenance and trouble shooting of Firewall applications
• Email security / network security applications
• LAN/ WAN/SAN configurations and design
• Desktop trouble shooting
• will be expected to interact with Sr people – so attitude and demeanour has to be mature, professional , sensible and proactive
• will attend to server, mail and desktop related calls
• managing and setting up remote meetings, management of CCTV
• constant upgradation of knowledge thru inhouse and internet resources

SALARY: starting at 4 LPA or better

Candidate Profile:

• Relevant working experience for 2-4yrs
• BTech, BSc, or three yrs Sc Diploma with additional hardware networking training
• Knowledge and hands on experience on hardware fundamentals , Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy,
• Basic Knowledge of Networking should have understanding of Router, Switch, UTM ( Fortinet, Sophos or any other UTM )
• Good hands on experience/ knowledge on Desktop Fundamentals , Outlook, O365, G Suite
• English Communication Spoken/ written should be good
• CCNA Training essential- certification preferred
• Ideally prefer permanent residents of Delhi – else should be staying in South/ Central Delhi or at close distance to the Yellow Metro line
