IT Support & Systems Administrator in Kolkata

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain local servers and network infrastructure (LAN/WAN).
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
• Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or similar).
• Provide IT support for employee systems including hardware, software, and network issues.
• Implement and maintain security protocols, firewalls, antivirus, and system updates.
• Perform routine system backups and recovery procedures.
• Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers for specialized tasks.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with company policies.
