IT Trainer

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• · Design and develop IT training programs and course materials for employees, students, or clients.
• · Deliver training session’s in-person, online, or in hybrid formats.
• · Conduct hands-on workshops, demonstrations, and practical exercises.
• · Assess trainees’ progress through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions.
• · Customize training programs based on the audience's skill level and needs.
• · Stay updated with the latest IT trends, tools, and best practices.
• · Provide technical support and guidance to trainees as needed.
• · Collaborate with HR, management, or clients to identify training requirements.
• · Maintain training records and generate reports on trainee performance.
• · Required Skills & Qualifications:
• · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• · Proven experience as an IT Trainer, Instructor, or in a similar role.
• · Expertise in one or more IT domains (e.g., programming, cybersecurity, cloud computing, networking).
• · Excellent presentation, communication, and instructional skills.
• · Proficiency with e-learning platforms, LMS, and training tools.
• · Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences.
• · Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• · Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA CTT+, Microsoft Certified Trainer, Cisco Certified Trainer) are a plus.

Preferred Experience:

• Candidate must have 5 years of experience
• · Experience in corporate training or educational institutions.
• · Familiarity with industry-specific IT software and tools.
• · Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
