Job Description
- We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, .NET application deployment, and Azure cloud services. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage robust and secure build/release pipelines using Azure DevOps and related tools.
- This role requires close collaboration with software development and QA teams to ensure seamless integration, high-quality releases, and secure cloud-native deployments as part of our Cloud 3.0 adoption.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for .NET Core/.NET Framework applications using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Automate build, test, and deployment workflows with a focus on security, reliability, and compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to integrate automated tests and code quality checks.
- Monitor and resolve build/deployment failures across environments.
- Manage build artifacts, versioning, and release orchestration.
- Integrate tools for static code analysis (SonarQube), security scanning (SAST/DAST), and vulnerability checks.
- Support Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
- Maintain documentation for CI/CD workflows, infrastructure standards, and deployment procedures.
- Drive DevOps culture, CI/CD best practices, and support cloud-native transformation initiatives.
Required Skill Set:
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Build & Release Engineering.
- Expertise with Azure DevOps Pipelines (YAML and Classic).
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / .NET Framework builds and deployments.
- Experience with Azure services such as App Services, AKS, and Azure Functions.
- Knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments.
- Proficiency with Git version control and branching strategies.
- Familiarity with tools such as NuGet, NUnit/xUnit, SonarQube, OWASP/ZAP.
- Understanding of SDLC, release management, and environment promotion strategies.
- Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Exposure to Terraform, Azure Bicep, or ARM templates for IaC.
- Familiarity with secret management (Azure Key Vault, variable groups).
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and deployment troubleshooting (Application Insights, Log Analytics, etc.).
