Responsible for developing and maintaining scalable backend systems, ensuring optimal performance, and contributing to a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Implement and maintain GCP services such as Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, Cloud run and Cloud Pub/Sub.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Participate in code reviews
- 7+ years of experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of GCP services such as Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, Cloud Pub/Sub, and Cloud Functions.
- Experience with RESTful API design and development.
- Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Github actions).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
