Junior Angular Developer - TypeScript/Javascript

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Angular Developer with 2-4 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team in Jaipur.

In this role, you will actively participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing and maintenance of scalable web applications using the Angular framework (version 2-14+) and TypeScript.

You will collaborate closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust and user-friendly solutions, while consistently adhering to coding best practices and standards.

Responsibilities

• Angular Development : Participate in the design, development, and implementation of user interfaces and front-end components for web applications using Angular (version 2-14+) and TypeScript, under the guidance of senior team members.
• Collaboration : Work closely with product owners, designers, backend developers, and QA engineers to understand project requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to the overall solution design.
• Coding Standards : Write clean, well-documented, maintainable, and efficient code following established best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
• Testing and Debugging : Assist in the testing of developed components and applications, identify and resolve bugs, and ensure optimal performance, security, and functionality.
• Code Reviews : Actively participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and learn from senior team members, contributing to the overall improvement of code quality within the team.
• Core Front-End Skills : Demonstrate a strong understanding and practical application of core front-end technologies including JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• UI Development : Apply knowledge of CSS methodologies (e.g, BEM, CSS Modules) and JavaScript techniques to develop responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Backend Integration Awareness : Gain a working understanding of Java web application technology stacks (Core Java, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Node.js REST) and comprehend how front-end Angular applications integrate with backend APIs.
• Version Control : Utilize version control systems, preferably Git, for code management, collaboration, and maintaining project history.
• Learning and Growth : Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest advancements in Angular, front-end development trends, and related technologies.
• Problem Solving : Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.
• Documentation : Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for developed components and applications.
  
  

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience : 2-4 years of hands-on professional experience in Angular development, with a strong understanding of the framework's core concepts, architecture, and best practices.

Technical Skills

• Solid proficiency in Angular (version 2 through 14+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience working with component-based architecture, data binding, routing, and state management in Angular.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and a basic understanding of how front-end applications interact with backend services (preferably those built using Spring MVC or similar frameworks).
  
  

Exposure to working with databases like MySQL or NoSQL databases like MongoDB; basic knowledge of Hibernate is considered a plus.

• Understanding of front-end build tools and workflows (e.g, Webpack, Angular CLI).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g, Jasmine, Karma) is advantageous.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in B.Tech/B.in Computer Science or a related field from a reputed institution.
• Location Preference : Must be willing to work from our office located in Jaipur. Candidates currently based in Jaipur will be preferred.
• Availability : Ability to join immediately or within a maximum notice period of 1 month.
