About the internship:
As a junior civil engineer intern, you will gain hands-on experience working at the intersection of civil engineering, road infrastructure, and modern technology-driven analysis. Your primary responsibility will be to support the team in analyzing road infrastructure data, identifying defects, and assisting in infrastructure assessment projects that contribute to better road monitoring and maintenance practices. This internship provides a valuable opportunity for civil engineering students or recent graduates to understand how technology and data are increasingly being used in road inspection, infrastructure evaluation, and maintenance planning.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Review and analyze road infrastructure data such as images, videos, and mapping datasets related to road conditions and structural defects.
2. Identify and classify road issues such as potholes, cracks, surface wear, edge failures, and other pavement-related problems.
3. Work closely with engineering and technical teams to ensure accurate analysis and documentation of road condition data.
4. Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and documentation related to road inspection and infrastructure assessment.
5. Support the team in organizing and validating road survey data and infrastructure information.
6. Provide feedback on internal tools and workflows to help improve efficiency in infrastructure analysis.
7. Participate in team discussions to better understand road maintenance practices, pavement behavior, and infrastructure monitoring techniques.

Other Requirements:
- 1. Diploma in civil engineering.
- 2. BTech/BE in civil engineering (Students or recent graduates).
- 3. Basic understanding of road construction, pavement defects, and infrastructure maintenance.
- 4. Ability to analyze visual data and pay attention to detail.
- 5. Good communication and documentation skills.
- 6. Interest in infrastructure technology, road inspection, and data-driven engineering.
