Overview
Digantara is a leading Space Surveillance and Intelligence company focused on ensuring
orbital safety and sustainability. With expertise in space-based detection, tracking,
identification, and monitoring, Digantara provides comprehensive domain awareness across
regimes, allowing end users to have actionable intelligence on a single platform. At the core of
its infrastructure lies a sophisticated integration of hardware and software capabilities aligned
with the key principles of situational awareness: perception (data collection), comprehension
(data processing), and prediction (analytics). This holistic approach empowers Digantara to
monitor all Resident Space Objects (RSOs) in orbit, fostering comprehensive domain
awareness.
Digantara is seeking a detail‑oriented Junior Hardware Test Engineer to own board bring-
up, hardware qualification and production test execution for satellite payload electronics. The
candidate is also responsible to develop Python-based test automation and maintaining
lab/GSE readiness to improve test coverage, robustness, and production workflows.

automation for Satellite payload/bus/launch vehicle avionics or high-reliability embedded
systems.
Responsibilities
- Carryout acceptance and qualification testing campaigns for satellite payload
electronics and generate test reports, qualification documents, and non-conformance
reports.
- Develop and maintain Python-based automated test sequences and data-logging
pipelines for board bring-up, functional, regression, and environmental tests.
- Collaborate with systems, hardware and firmware design teams to define integrated
test sequences, checklists, automation, and lab workflows and capture lessons learned,
and drive continuous improvements to procedures.
