Junior PHP Developer

Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate PHP Developer with strong experience in either CodeIgniter or Laravel frameworks to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality web applications, maintaining and improving existing codebases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain scalable and secure web applications using PHP and CodeIgniter/Laravel.

Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.

Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services.

Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to integrate user-facing elements.

Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning.

Maintain documentation for code, processes, and systems.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in PHP development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

2+ years of professional experience in PHP development.

Strong proficiency in either CodeIgniter or Laravel frameworks.

Solid understanding of MVC architecture, OOP concepts, and design patterns.

Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.

Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

Experience with third-party APIs, payment gateways, or cloud platforms is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,105.94 - ₹50,971.06 per month
