Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, risk, and operations to deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to identify trends and generate business insights
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track performance across various products
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to support business decisions
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and enable data-driven solutions
• Monitor performance metrics and alert teams to anomalies
• Build predictive and segmentation models (optional, based on experience)
• Provide regular reporting on key metrics to senior management
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
• 13 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or e-commerce
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Understanding of statistical methods, data modeling, and A/B testing
• Strong communication and presentation skills
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, etc.)
• Prior experience in risk analytics, lending, or financial product data
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git
