Job Description
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality analytics and reporting that support operational and executive decision-making within Oracle Health. The position requires the ability to translate complex data into clear insights that drive measurable business outcomes across healthcare support and services.
The work involves leading the design, development, and delivery of recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data models with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and actionable insights. Close collaboration with Service Delivery, Finance, Operations, and cross-functional leadership is expected to anticipate business needs, uncover performance trends, and provide analytical recommendations that influence strategy.
The position demands technical expertise in SQL, Excel, and modern BI tools (such as Power BI and Oracle Analytics), as well as the ability to communicate results effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Independence, mentoring of junior analysts, and contributing to best practices in data governance, visualization, and storytelling are also key.

Develop, maintain, and improve recurring executive-level reports and dashboards supporting Oracle Health.
Perform advanced analysis on operational performance, client metrics, and financial drivers to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand needs, translate requirements into reporting solutions, and deliver actionable insights.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and clarity across all reporting outputs.
Lead cross-functional analysis initiatives, presenting findings and influencing decision-making at senior levels.
Mentor and guide junior analysts, promoting best practices in data modeling, visualization, and analysis.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data reporting roles.
Expertise in SQL, Excel, and BI tools such as Power BI, Oracle Analytics, or Tableau.
Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills with experience presenting insights to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, health IT, or enterprise support organizations.
Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehouses.
Background in advanced analytics or exposure to AI/ML concepts.
