Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
Domain: Marketing & Inside Sales
Experience: 7 to 9 Years
Hiring Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad
Role Summary:
As a Salesforce Business Analyst with expertise in Marketing & Inside Sales, you will independently analyze and develop applications in the ERP/CRM domain, convert business requirements into IT deliverables, and collaborate with architects and development teams to ensure successful solution design and implementation. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing activities within the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Analysis & Design:
Understand business requirements and convert them into epics, features, and user stories.
Collaborate with Architects to design scalable CRM/ERP solutions.
Advise development teams based on deep business domain understanding.
Development & Delivery:
Define coding standards, review peer code, and ensure quality.
Act as a single point of contact for build and deployment issues.
Ensure sprint deliverables are met and validated.
Project & Team Management:
Manage delivery of modules and support team members.
Mentor junior leads and guide their professional development.
Engage in goal-setting, feedback, and motivation of the team.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Review and validate test plans and test case execution.
Perform defect RCA and drive mitigation plans.
Client Interaction:
Clarify requirements with business stakeholders.
Present solution options to customer architects and stakeholders.
Participate in design and implementation reviews.
Must Have Skills:
Business Analysis with deep expertise in Salesforce CRM
Experience in Marketing and Inside Sales domain
Ability to convert business requirements into epics, features, and user stories
Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and sprint-based execution
Strong understanding of ERP/CRM platforms and automation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with SOAP/REST API integrations and data loading tools
Functional & technical knowledge of Salesforce cloud platforms
Good to Have Skills:
Exposure to production deployment activities and release monitoring
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other Marketing Automation platforms
Experience in participating in hackathons or knowledge-sharing sessions
Knowledge of design patterns and reusable architecture
Domain certifications related to Salesforce or Marketing/Inside Sales
Experience Range:
7 to 9 years of total experience, with at least 4–5 years in Salesforce Business Analysis
Proven track record in Marketing & Inside Sales domain project
