🎯 What You'll Do:

→ Lead backend development on AWS using microservices architecture

→ Own critical services from design to deployment and optimization

→ Architect and design scalable, cost-effective cloud infrastructure

→ Mentor junior developers and foster engineering excellence

→ Work closely with frontend engineers, UX designers, and management

→ Take full ownership of projects and drive them to completion

→ Solve complex technical challenges in a fast-paced, innovative environment

→ Optimize platform performance and reduce infrastructure costs

→ Build real-time systems using MQTT for IoT device communication

💡 What We're Looking For:

✅ 5-12 years of backend engineering experience

✅ Strong foundation in Data Structures & Algorithms

✅ Expert-level Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles

✅ Deep expertise in AWS (Lambda, EC2, ECS, API Gateway, etc.)

✅ Proficiency in Java and Python

✅ Experience with React.js for full-stack collaboration

✅ Strong database skills: PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and NoSQL

✅ Experience with MQTT protocol for IoT applications

✅ Proven track record with microservices architecture

✅ Experience in cost optimization and cloud resource management

✅ Leadership abilities – mentoring, code reviews, technical decisions

✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
