MERN Full Stack Developer

Job Overview

We are looking for a MERN Full Stack Developer with a strong technical background in web application development. This role requires expertise in MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js to build scalable and high-performance applications.

Location

Work from Office – Kolkata
22 Lake Palace Road, Behind Lake Mall, Near Kalighat Metro.

Salary & Benefits

₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (₹3 - ₹4.2 LPA)
Work Schedule: 6 days a week (with 1 additional week-off based on company discretion)
Timings: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
• Develop and integrate front-end and back-end solutions for seamless functionality
• Work with RESTful APIs and web services for efficient system integration
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications
• Utilize version control systems (Git) for streamlined code management
• Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and workflows

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in web development
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for front-end development
• Proficient in Git for code management
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Interview Process

• Initial Telephonic Screening – Short discussion to evaluate candidate suitability
• Walk-in Technical Assessment (Kalighat, near Lake Mall, Kolkata) – Hands-on assignment to assess coding proficiency
• Technical Interview (Same Day, On-Site) – Discussion on technical expertise, previous experience, and project handling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
