About the job:

The Role
We're hiring a Flutter Developer to own the mobile experience end-to-end. You'll be responsible for transforming our 'Cloud Design' aesthetic into a fully functional mobile product on iOS and Android pixel-perfect, smooth, and highly optimized.

This is not a basic screen-building role. You will be shaping how users experience and consume knowledge at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architect and ship the In60z mobile app using Flutter (Dart 3.x, latest stable channel).
2. Translate the 'Cloud Design' philosophy including asymmetrical layouts, custom typography, staggered motion, and gradient meshes into native-like experiences on iOS and Android.
3. Build clean, modular code using BLoC or Riverpod with proper separation of concerns.
4. Integrate with the agentic backend (REST, WebSocket, Firebase) and implement intelligent local caching.
5. Implement micro-interactions and motion using Flutter Animations, Rive, or Lottie.
6. Ship apps to TestFlight and Google Play Console while ensuring high performance (crash-free rate, ANR rate, and optimized cold starts).
7. Collaborate with backend/AI teams on API contracts, caching logic, and offline-first architecture.
8. Write unit, widget, and integration tests.

Non Negotiables:

1. This is strictly a Flutter role (not React Native, not native Android/iOS).
2. Must have strong hands-on experience in Dart and Flutter.
3. Active GitHub profile with recent (last 6 months) real commits.
4. Resume must be submitted in PDF format with links to live work.
5. At least one live app on Play Store or App Store, or a production-grade open-source Flutter project.
6. No 'it works on my device' approach high performance and stability are mandatory

6. 5. Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Crashlytics, Remote Config).
7. 6. CI/CD experience using Codemagic, Fastlane, or GitHub Actions.
8. 7. Ability to understand and work with native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) when needed.
