We are looking for a results-driven Business Analyst to join our team at NoBrokerHood. In this on-site role, you will leverage your analytical expertise in SQL and Excel to drive data-driven decision-making, enhance business processes, and support operational efficiency. - Analyze business operations and identify areas of improvement
- Define and document clear business requirements
- Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel to support business decisions
- Prepare accurate and actionable reports for key stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives
- Recommend process improvements based on data insights
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2- 6 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel functions
- Ability to define business requirements and enhance business processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a technology-driven or product-based environment is a plus
