Job Overview: We are in search of a talented and experienced Copy Lead to join our Digital Marketing team. As a Copy Lead, you will be a key player in shaping the brand voice and ensuring the consistent delivery of compelling copy across various channels. Your role will involve leading a team of copywriters, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and creating impactful messaging that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities: The job will involve the following responsibilities:

• Provide first and second-line technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Administer user accounts, email systems, and ensure data security and backups.
• Manage IT assets, licenses, and ensure timely maintenance and upgrades.
• Coordinate with IT and office vendors; handle contract management and service follow-ups.
• Oversee procurement of IT equipment and office supplies; manage purchase orders and price comparisons.
• Track invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate billing records.
• Support office operations including facilities, supplies, and administrative processes.
• Maintain documentation for IT and admin operations, and assist in budget tracking.
  
  

Skills Required

• Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and software troubleshooting.
• Strong administrative skills, especially in procurement, vendor management, and billing.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and office productivity tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
