Oracle Technical Lead Consultant - OIC & VBCS

We are seeking an experienced Lead Oracle Technical Consultant responsible for driving the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), PL/SQL, and Oracle Fusion solutions. The role requires deep technical expertise in Oracle technologies, including PaaS for SaaS integrations, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and BI Publisher (BIP), with a strong emphasis on Financial modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Develop and customize user interfaces with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
• Write and maintain PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and scripts to support business logic and data processes.
• Drive Oracle Fusion implementation projects, focusing on Financial modules and integrations with external systems.
• Define integration strategies using PaaS for SaaS architecture to connect Oracle Fusion with third-party applications.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including design specs, integration patterns, and user manuals.
• Provide post-go-live technical support, issue resolution, and performance optimization.
• Conduct code reviews, testing (unit/system/integration), and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Develop reports and analytics using Oracle BI Publisher (BIP).

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Oracle Technical Consultant or Lead, with expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), PL/SQL, and VBCS.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion, particularly Financial modules.
• Experience designing and implementing PaaS for SaaS-based integrations.
• Proficiency in Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) for custom reporting solutions.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Oracle certifications in relevant areas such as OIC, PL/SQL, or OCI are advantageous.
