Responsibilities
3-4 Yrs of Exp
- Proficient in performance-testing concepts and the end-to-end (E2E) performance-testing lifecycle.
- Hands-on with performance-testing tools—especially LoadRunner and JMeter.
- Able to develop and maintain performance test scripts and reusable frameworks using LoadRunner and JMeter.
- Skilled in E2E, API, and mobile performance testing.
- Ability to read the logs and identify the potential issues
- Proficient in requirements gathering and in collaborating with functional squads, operations teams, and business stakeholders.
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of performance-testing processes, tools, and practices within the squad/tribe.
- Experience with development environments such as VS Code, IntelliJ
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Agile mindset with the ability to prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines.
- Actively participates in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Familiarity with other performance-testing tools (e.g., Gatling).
- Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and GitLab CI/CD.
- Knowledge of service-virtualization tools (e. g., Broadcom DevTest , WireMock
