PHP Developer

Overview

We are looking for a talented PHP Developer to join our team and play a key role in developing, enhancing, and maintaining web applications and custom software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable PHP code, primarily Core PHP or any MVC.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services for web applications.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, test, and debug applications to ensure security, stability, and reliability.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Ensure consistent and clear documentation for code and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a PHP Developer, with a solid portfolio of web applications or projects.
• Proficiency in Core PHP and familiarity with MVC frameworks .
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery).
• Experience working with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL databases.
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience in integrating third-party APIs.
• Understanding of security and data protection principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with modern JavaScript is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
