In this role, you will be performing requirement analysis and prioritization of RCMS enhancements as provided by the stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Partner with technology team to deliver strategic solution by consistently enhancing the product.
- Responsible for comprehensive E2E testing of the product and leading discussions as a change agent, to onboard 2Lod Risk and CFCC to RCMS.
- Impart the product knowledge to 1st LoD and 2nd LoD teams as and when required and support in onboarding to the tool for different countries/groups.
- Maintain a robust project governance structure.
- Ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Design User Acceptance Test plans and conduct user acceptance testing with the BAU users.
- Plan the required testing ensuring traceability between requirements and test cases.
- Undertaking functional testing of the delivered functionality to ensure it meets the requirements, where required documenting issues and managing to resolution Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Strong regulatory reporting experience.
- Strong BA with Agile exp particularly in writing user stories, managing sprints etc needed.
- Identifying and addressing operational, financial and technological risks within the business.
- Professional will run end to end streams, should have the ability to understand regulatory requirements and have meaningful communication with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and able to assist team members in their strategies
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, IT or any related field.
