Detailed Description:
- Hands-on experience in Continuous Integration (CI) automation, including build and integration activities for automotive software product integration.
- Proficient in CI tools and pipeline management, such as Jenkins Pipeline setup and enhancement, along with experience in Enterprise Control (EC) and Source Code Management (SCM) tools including Git/GitLab, Perforce, SVN, RTC, and code review tools like Gerrit and GitLab.
- Strong understanding of manifests used in automotive and mobile vendor support products.
- Demonstrated ability to implement end-to-end CI and SCM setups, ensuring seamless integration and automation.
- Scripting expertise in Python, Perl, Shell, and Windows batch scripting, particularly for CI automation and release processes.
- Thorough analytical and debugging skills related to product builds, enabling efficient identification and resolution of build issues.
- Desirable experience with Android and Yocto build systems, along with exposure to Qualcomm and MediaTek platforms.
- Well-versed in Agile/SCRUM methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes for complete product development.
- Automotive domain knowledge, including awareness of Android Infotainment features and testing, with a strong emphasis on SCM best practices.
- Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively across all levels of a global matrixed organization.
- Flexible and adaptable, willing to work flexible hours and quickly respond to changing requirements to ensure timely implementation.
