About the Role:
We’re looking for an AI Engineer with a passion for Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our fast-moving product and innovation team. In this role, you'll work on building intelligent systems powered by state-of-the-art models focusing on real-world applications such as document understanding, smart assistants, and enterprise knowledge retrieval.

You will contribute across the full AI solution lifecycle: from model integration and prompt design to optimization, deployment, and monitoring, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do:

Build and deploy intelligent AI features using LLMs and vector search frameworks.

• Implement and fine-tune Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for use cases like document Q&A and smart search.
• Design, test, and iterate on prompt strategies to improve the reliability and safety of model outputs.
• Integrate AI models into backend systems using Python, REST APIs, and cloud-native services.
• Work with structured/unstructured data sources including SQL, NoSQL, and blob storage.
• Collaborate on model evaluations, performance testing, and failure mode analysis.
• Stay up to date with advancements in open-source LLM tools and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).

What We’re Looking For:

4+ years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, or software development with AI integration.

• Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as Transformers, OpenAI SDK, or LangChain.
• Experience deploying or integrating LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Cohere, etc.).
• Good understanding of prompt engineering, embedding models, and retrieval techniques.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
