About The Role

Seeking a Software Engineer with strong experience in Python Development with a willingness to develop Large Language Model (LLM) driven applications.

Job Description

As a Python Developer, experiment, design, build, and deploy scalable applications that integrate LLM APIs to deliver GenAI powered features.

Roles And Responsibilities

• For different use cases, rapidly prototype and validate if LLM based approach is feasible in terms of accuracy, latency, and cost.
• Design, build, and deploy production-grade multimodal LLM applications (such as Conversational interfaces, Document Q&A, Content Generation, Summarization, Workflow automation) using Python SDK of Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Agent Services.
• Set up evaluation frameworks, monitor performance (quality, latency, token usage, cost). Iteratively refine prompts, retrieval strategies, tool integrations. Periodically migrate to the best available models.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• 5 -8 years of professional software development experience with strong Python expertise in production environments.
• Backend development with FastAPI or Flask, asynchronous Python (e.g., asyncio) and type-safe code (type hints, Pydantic or equivalents).
• Designing RESTful services, JSON serialization, API documentation.
• Automated tests (pytest/unittest), integration testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• SQL skills with PostgreSQL; exposure to NoSQL (e.g., Azure Cosmos DB).
• Docker and Kubernetes (AKS) for deployment/orchestration; User level experience on Azure Cloud Services

• Hands-on with LLM applications/techniques: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Function/Tool calling, Agents, and Evaluation
