QA Analyst

Overview

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to ensure our software solutions meet the highest quality standards. You will play a critical role in identifying issues, analyzing functionality, and maintaining the reliability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Planning: Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software projects.
• Manual & Automated Testing: Conduct thorough testing (manual and automated) across mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms to identify bugs and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Bug Tracking: Identify, document, and track bugs to resolution using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to understand project requirements and ensure smooth testing processes.
• Performance Testing: Evaluate application performance under various conditions to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Regression Testing: Conduct regression tests to ensure new code does not negatively impact existing functionality.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed testing reports and documentation to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Quality Standards: Ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and client requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2-2.5 years of experience in software testing, preferably for mobile and web applications.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in manual testing; experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
