Overview
Job Role
- Work with the product team to understand requirements and document the product requirements.
- Execute and improve QA processes via Test automation tools as well as manual testing
- Support Agile / Scrum software development life cycle and project management approach by creating, documenting, and executing test plans
- Troubleshoot software system errors and file processing issues
- Work on user experience testing and cross browser testing.
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products.
- Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved and on release of application
- Identify, record, document and track bugs
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience as a QA Tester or similar role.
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
- Understanding of SQL and browser developer tools (to review network call, performance of API)
- You want to work in a small, agile team.
