QA/QC Engineer, Immediate Joiner, Hosur Location

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to oversee and implement quality standards on our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all site activities comply with the required specifications and quality standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain project-specific QA/QC procedures in line with ISO standards and client requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and material testing to ensure quality compliance.
• Prepare and maintain inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements, and QA/QC reports.
• Ensure that all construction activities conform to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor and report non-conformance issues (NCRs), root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve quality issues.
• Verify materials received on-site for compliance with approved specifications.
• Maintain documentation and records in line with project and audit requirements.
• Support audits (internal & external) and quality-related training programs.
• Assist in final inspection and handover documentation to clients.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC roles in the construction or infrastructure industry.
• Familiar with IS codes, ASTM, BS standards, and other relevant quality norms.
• Hands-on experience in concrete, rebar, soil, steel, and finishing inspections.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC documentation tools.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality systems.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
