Job Description:

As our QA Engineer, you will:

* Design and execute manual and automated test cases for mobile apps (Flutter), web dashboards, and backend APIs.

* Test IoT device firmware and provisioning flows (BLE, Wi-Fi, MQTT) across ESP-based smart devices.

* Validate device control flows through MQTT and mobile app interactions.

* Perform end-to-end testing involving mobile UI, cloud backend (Spring Boot + MySQL), and device behaviour.

* Own the test lifecycle, including writing test plans, tracking bugs, and collaborating with dev teams to ensure quick resolution.

* Set up test automation frameworks (Appium, Selenium, REST Assured, or similar) over time.

* Monitor performance, edge cases, and reliability of real-time systems (e.g., group control, OTA updates, device scheduling).

* Ensure regression testing across frequent app and firmware updates.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Must-Have:

* 2–5 years of QA experience in mobile, web, or embedded/IoT systems.

* Strong knowledge of manual testing, test case writing, and defect lifecycle.

* Familiarity with mobile app testing (preferably Flutter apps).

* Experience with REST APIs, Postman, and JSON.

* Ability to debug and test real hardware (we’ll train you on our ESP32-based smart devices).

* Experience testing MQTT-based flows or basic knowledge of MQTT topics and payloads.

* Excellent communication and documentation skills.

✅ Good-to-Have:

* Experience with IoT device testing or smart home products (e.g., Tuya, Philips Hue, Sonoff).

* Knowledge of firmware behavior, BLE provisioning, or embedded testing.

* Exposure to automation testing tools like Appium, Selenium, or JUnit/TestNG.

* Basic Linux or command-line skills for interacting with local test environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,695.79 - ₹56,220.05 per month
