Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will oversee a dedicated team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality applications. You will leverage your expertise to develop comprehensive testing strategies, applying quality processes and methodologies to enhance the overall application lifecycle. By focusing on key metrics, you will manage and assess the testing process, ensuring effective test execution and timely defect resolution, ultimately driving quality and efficiency in the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall team capabilities. - Develop and implement testing strategies that align with project goals and timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing (C# and Desktop Applications preferred). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Core Banking, SQL. - Strong understanding of various automated testing frameworks, DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. - Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases. - Ability to analyze test results and provide actionable insights for improvement. - Knowledge about Cloud Platforms is a Plus Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
