Job Summary:

We are seeking Responsible AI Engineers to help define and implement risk and governance frameworks for GenAI systems. This includes adversarial testing, compliance alignment, and ethical AI assurance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and run adversarial test scenarios, reusable toolkits, and test sets for GenAI models.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance using responsible AI frameworks.
• Collaborate with validation, risk, and legal teams to roll out explainability and safety practices. D

Must-Have Skills:

• AI Risk & Governance, GenAI Architecture (RAG, Foundation Models, Agentic AI)
• Adversarial Testing, Model Benchmarking
• Python, SQL, JSON

Good-to-Have:

• Prompt Engineering
• Lifecycle Risk Assessment & Documentation
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards
