Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal business teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Support analysis of current business workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization
  • Assist in translating business requirements into Salesforce CRM enhancements
  • Create and maintain user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and documentation
  • Participate in system testing cycles, including test case preparation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination
  • Track defects, enhancements, and backlog items
  • Support CRM data quality, data governance, and data consistency initiatives
  • Assist in maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards for business users
  • Contribute to system documentation, knowledge articles, and internal user guides
  • Provide first‑level user support and assist with end‑user training activities
  • Monitor system adoption, gather user feedback, and support continuous improvement efforts
  • Support release planning, change management activities, and communication with stakeholders

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, B.Tech or any related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, CRM systems, Salesforce, or enterprise applications
  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred (or commitment to obtain certification within a defined timeframe)

Skill Requirements

  • Foundational understanding of the Salesforce platform and CRM concepts
  • Basic knowledge of business process analysis and requirements management techniques
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or iterative delivery methodologies
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills
  • Ability to document requirements clearly using appropriate BA artifacts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Experience or familiarity with process mapping and documentation tools
  • Basic reporting, data analysis, and data interpretation skills
  • Comfortable working with cross‑functional internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
