Summary Of The Position
The role is to facilitate multiple scrum teams and working closely with the Product Manager and the Delivery Manager to deliver the product/solution within budget and timeline.

The role is to facilitate multiple scrum teams and working closely with the Product Manager and the Delivery Manager to deliver the product/solution within budget and timeline.
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for establishing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology.
- Responsible to identify and remove the impediments for the scrum team.
- Facilitate team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team.
- Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
- Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to backlog refining and maintaining the product backlog.
- Responsible for organizing and facilitating different scrum ceremonies (i.e. Daily Stand up, Sprint planning, Retrospective, Backlog Refinement etc.)
- Able to identify different metrics to track progress and identify improvements
- Providing all support to the team and lead by example
- Helping the team to create information radiators E.g. Release burndown & Sprint burndown chart
- Encouraging the use of Agile Engineering Practices within the development team (e.g. one click releases, continuous delivery, feature flags, and many more).
- Helping the team to continuously improve their process.
- Certified Scrum Master with experience of 5-10 years
- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum & Kanban.
- Experience of handling multiple scrum teams, should lead by example
- Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
- Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
- Monitoring progress and performance (burn down, velocity graphs) and helping teams to make improvements.
- Planning & organizing scrum ceremonies
- Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
- Guiding the team on how to get the most of out of self-organization
- Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, or being judged, with an emphasis on problem solving.
- Supporting and educating the BA/Product Owner & such stakeholders, especially with respect to Scrum practises, stories grooming and maintaining the product backlog etc.
- Excellent people and project management skills
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Experience with tools like JIRA & Confluence
- First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) is preferred
- Awareness of software development cycle/technical familiarity
- Awareness of Aha - product roadmap software
- Provide good judgement and decision making for day to day operations
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
