Experience 7+ yrsJob Description:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for multiple Scrum teams, such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach and guide the team in Agile delivery best practices, foster an agile mindset and a culture of continuous improvement
- Measure team delivery maturity and performance, and review the metrics with the team to identify improvement opportunities
- Has experience with running Scrum of Scrums and dependency management syncs
- Assist with, and/or, participate in, PI Planning
- Assist with release planning and deployment activities, as needed
- Should be articulate and with effective communication skills
- Exp writing detailed User stories with input and acceptance criteria in ADO/JIRA or similar products.
- Good experience in stake holder management like product owners, multi-vendor leads, business groups, etc. Nice to have: - Experience with reporting tools (such as Power Bi or Tableau)- Experience with Oracle products (particularly with database engine)3 must havesScrum Master 4/5ADO / JIRA 4/5Database / PBI / Tableau 3/5
