Job Responsiblities

• Requirements intake and translation into user stories
• Analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes
• Development guidance
• Identification of opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness and quality
• Review and design of end-to-end processes
• Identification of operational and technical risks, defining measuring
• Advanced data analysis
• Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing and guiding the communication process, e.g. issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.
• Consistent and standardized project documentation
• Close collaboration with developers to implement the requirements and provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process
• Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction
• Classification of incidents and change requests to determine follow up activities
• Meet with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines
• Develop and execute test plans
  
  
  

Key Competencies

• Mandatory: Proven experience in project management, using SCRUM agile method
• Data analysis – Good to have proficiency with ERP systems, SQL, Microsoft Excel
• Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills
• Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
• Business acumen - industry, sector and process knowledge in Order to Cash
• Good experience and knowledge about data and development standards as well as source system data structures
• Proven experience in data modelling
• Experience in leading and working with global virtual teams
• Relevant years of industry experience: 7+ Years
• Maintains structured way of working and fact based analysis methodologies.
