What Your Impact Will Look Like

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) across multiple Scrum teams.
• Ensure teams follow Agile principles, 2-week Scrum cycles, and Kanban practices where applicable.
• Act as a servant leader and coach to guide teams in Agile practices, improving delivery velocity and team collaboration.
• Remove impediments and act as a buffer between the team and external distractions.
• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Ensure teams are delivering incremental value aligned with product goals and timelines.
• Track team metrics, velocity, and performance using Jira and generate regular Agile reports/dashboards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through effective retrospectives and action follow-ups.
• Coordinate dependencies and cross-team collaboration within the product family and across the organization.
• Promote Agile values and help align stakeholders, including Product Managers, QA, Architects, and Leadership, to shared delivery goals.
• Drive team autonomy and accountability while protecting the team from scope creep and churn.
• Assist in Agile transformation initiatives and process improvements across the broader organization if needed.
  
  

• 8–12 years of total industry experience with a minimum of 5 years as a dedicated Scrum Master.
• Proven experience managing 2 or more Scrum teams simultaneously, ideally in a product development setting.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks, primarily Scrum, with hands-on experience with Kanban as well.
• Experience working in 2-week sprint cycles, managing sprints end-to-end.
• Expertise in Jira for backlog management, metrics, reporting, and workflow customization.
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
• Ability to work effectively with distributed or cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile scaling methods (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Scrum of Scrums) is a plus.
• Comfortable working with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, QA, and UX in collaborative planning.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in driving Agile maturity within the team or organization is highly desirable.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced product environment.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II), or equivalent Agile certification.
• Exposure to Agile metrics like burn-down charts, cumulative flow diagrams, cycle time, and team velocity.
• Prior experience in software product companies or organizations with product families or platform teams.
• Experience with remote/distributed team coordination is an added advantage.
