Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated AI & Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing AI team. You will be responsible for developing intelligent systems and deploying end-to-end machine learning solutions that address real-world challenges. From computer vision and NLP to predictive modeling, your work will power next-gen products and decision-making tools for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, design, and develop cutting-edge AI/ML models for various domains including computer vision, NLP, and structured data
• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for training and evaluation
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize ML/DL models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent frameworks
• Implement ML Ops practices for automating model deployment, versioning, and monitoring in production environments
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (data engineering, software development, DevOps) to integrate models into scalable solutions
• Stay current with AI research and contribute to innovation through experimentation and model improvements
• Document development processes, architecture choices, and model performance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment
• Strong command of Python and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Exposure to ML Ops tools like MLflow, DVC, or Kubeflow

Qualifications:

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Python, including experience building services with Flask

Experience with deep learning (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), computer vision, or NLP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
