What You Will Be Doing

• Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Combining diverse AI technologies, crafting effective prompts, and iterating on workflows informed by feedback from domain specialists and end users.
• Constructing Knowledge Frameworks and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as subject-matter authorities to create and sustain documents that capture specialized knowledge and institutional intelligence.
• Architecting and deploying data structures that support business logic with contextual intelligence, ensuring data models are both efficient and scalable.

• A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience
• Proven experience integrating LLMs into production software products (building chatbots or using basic coding assistants does not meet this requirement)

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
