About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Map and optimize end-to-end user journeys to identify drop-offs.

2. Build retention cohorts & funnel models (DAU, WAU, MAU).

3. Apply waterfall frameworks to connect engagement retention revenue.

4. Write complex SQL queries and use Python for automation & advanced analytics.

5. Analyze product feature impact, marketing campaigns, and ROI.

6. Develop dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) for real-time insights.

7. Partner with product, growth & marketing teams on experiments and data-driven decisions.

Other Requirements:

- 3–7 years in business analysis / product analytics / strategy (consumer apps, EdTech, or digital platforms).

- Strong expertise in:

a. SQL (advanced querying, optimization)

b. Python (automation, cohort/funnel analysis, statistics, A/B testing)

c. Excel/Sheets (pivot, modeling)

d. Dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, GDS)

- Analytical expertise in funnels, cohorts, LTV, churn, and ROI modeling.

- Excellent business storytelling & logical reasoning skills.

- Experience in EdTech or B2C app-first businesses (preferable).

- Knowledge of marketing attribution models, clickstream, and growth analytics (preferable).
