- Write efficient SQL queries to clean, validate, and transform large datasets for reporting and AI integrations.
- Map data elements between systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability across workflows.
Analytics & Insights
- Translate complex business questions — like “Who are my best suppliers?”, “Who owes me money — and for how long?”, or “Where am I losing efficiency in logistics?” — into powerful, data-driven answers.
- Design dashboards, queries, and data models that turn raw data into meaningful insights for customers and internal teams.
- Build automated reports that blend structured data with templates to streamline intelligence delivery.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to understand needs and translate them into actionable data solutions.
- Act as the primary data contact for customer-facing teams, ensuring insights are timely, accurate, and aligned with business goals.
Data Quality & Automation
- Define and monitor data quality thresholds, and implement robust validation and reconciliation procedures.
- Identify opportunities to automate reports, workflows, and QA processes, reducing manual effort and increasing reliability.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and document root causes for data issues — driving continuous improvement.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
- Maintain clear documentation for data models, mappings, and operational processes.
- Share best practices, tools, and learnings to elevate the data culture within the team.
