Role: Senior Data Engineer
Description:
- May lead functional teams or projects and run multiple projects simultaneously.
- Implement and maintain ETL pipelines using PySpark, AWS Glue, and S3.
- Query and analyze data using SQL and Python.
- Develop and document data models, schemas, and standards.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipeline performance and reliability.
- Ensure data quality and integrity using data validation and testing techniques.
- Provide concise, transparent communications about potential risks, mitigations, and business impacts in a timely manner.
- Design and define technical requirements with existing technologies.
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
- Ensure data, processes, and pipelines are secure and meets the standards of compliance.
