Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Team Lead to drive our DevOps strategy, lead complex cloud transformation initiatives, and build a high-performing DevOps team. This role requires strong technical leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on expertise in enterprise-scale DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the entire end-to-end migration strategy from AWS to Azure, including planning, execution, and delivery
• Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers across multiple experience levels
• Drive cost analysis, forecasting, and optimization strategies for migration and ongoing cloud operations
• Define and execute DevOps strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with engineering leadership on technical architecture decisions
• Present migration progress, cost reports, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership
  
  

Technical skills

• Lead and own the entire DevOps-related migration architecture across all application teams
• Architect and oversee large-scale cloud migration projects (AWS to Azure)
• Design enterprise-level CI/CD pipeline strategies and governance
• Lead the implementation of containerization strategies for hundreds of microservices
• Establish monitoring, logging, and observability standards across all environments
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and resource management strategies
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
• Lead security initiatives including secrets management and compliance
• Lead post-incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
• Implement capacity planning and performance optimization strategies
  
  

• 10-12 years of progressive DevOps, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering experience
• Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization at scale
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (Azure and AWS required)
• Deep expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
• Experience leading large-scale cloud migration projects
• Proven track record in cost optimization and resource management
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance frameworks
