About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and automating software deployment processes, infrastructure management, and cloud services. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance applications and systems with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities

· Automation & Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
Design, implement, and manage infrastructure using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, and others.

· Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD):
Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines for faster and reliable application deployment using Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar tools.

· Cloud Management:
Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for managing scalable and secure infrastructure. Experience with services like EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, and more.

· Containerization & Orchestration:
Implement and manage containerization using Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration for efficient application scaling.

· Monitoring & Performance Optimization:
Set up monitoring, alerting, and logging systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, and others to ensure high availability and performance of production systems.

· Security & Compliance:
Ensure security best practices in DevOps processes, including implementing role-based access control, encryption, and vulnerability management in CI/CD pipelines.

· Collaboration:
Work closely with development, testing, and operations teams to streamline the deployment process and ensure faster delivery cycles.

· Troubleshooting & Incident Response:
Handle production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure systems are resilient and robust.

· Mentoring & Leadership:
Guide and mentor junior engineers on DevOps practices, automation, and best practices in system architecture and cloud technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

· 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Management, Cloud Engineering, or similar roles.

· Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related services.

· Expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

· Proficiency in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.

· Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

· Strong knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).

· Solid understanding of networking, system administration, and security principles.

· Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and GitHub.

· Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, Ruby, or similar languages.

· Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and resolve issues in high-pressure environments.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.

· Experience with service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio).

· Knowledge of serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).

· Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.

· Certifications in DevOps (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes Certification, etc.) are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
