Job Summary:

Visko Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with in-depth expertise in React.js and a strong command over back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading full-cycle web application development, designing scalable architecture, and delivering high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js for frontend and Node.js/Express, Python, or similar for backend.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to bring complex user interfaces to life.
• Lead architecture discussions and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Manage code versioning with Git and ensure CI/CD integration.
• Conduct code reviews and unit testing.
• Collaborate in agile/scrum teams and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and stand-ups.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Expert-level proficiency in React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js/Express.js, MongoDB, or SQL.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Graph QL, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Webpack, Babel, and version control (Git).
• Good understanding of security best practices in web development.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per year
