Senior Java Developer

What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Java Backend Developer, you will design, develop, and support scalable and secure healthcare applications. You’ll handle the full lifecycle—analysis, development, maintenance, and troubleshooting—while ensuring high performance and quality. Working independently and with a skilled team, you’ll contribute to digital transformation projects like PCS, improving efficiency and patient care across healthcare organizations.
You will:
- Build backend applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
- Work with JSON/XML, FHIR, OAuth/OpenAPI, and databases (SQL/RDBMS).
- Use tools like Docker, SonarQube, Postman, and TFS to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Apply design patterns, SOLID principles, and implement robust error handling.
- Debug complex issues, deliver solutions in Agile teams, and mentor junior developers.

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering.
- 6–10 years of IT experience with leadership in multiple projects.
- Expertise in large-scale, mission-critical applications (healthcare preferred).
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and client collaboration skills.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding teams.
Desirable Requirements
- Knowledge of versioning, filters, fallback patterns, paging, and caching.
- Familiarity with Agile practices and continuous integration approaches.
- Understanding of digital transformation frameworks and industry standards in healthcare IT.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
