Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement microservices architecture for new and existing systems.
• Write efficient SQL queries and design database schemas for performance optimization.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs for seamless integration with other systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product to ensure delivery of high-quality software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior developers.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot framework.
• In-depth understanding of microservices design patterns and best practices.
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries and working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
