Job Title: Mobile App Senior / Lead Developer
Location: Bangalore (Electronic City) / Hosur (Factory Office)
Experience: 3 to 12 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and experienced Mobile App Developers (Android/iOS) to join our team in Bangalore or Hosur. He/she will be responsible for building, and maintaining cutting edge mobile applications that integrate seamlessly with IoT and connectivity features. Prior experience in the automobile domain is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android or iOS platforms using Kotlin, Jetpack(Compose) and flutter.
• Integrate with BLE, WiFi, and Bluetooth Classic for device communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement features.
• Ensure high-performance and responsive apps through efficient coding and design.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills:

• 3 to 12 years of experience in Android or iOS development.
• Hands-on experience with cross-platform development using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and Flutter, with an understanding of framework selection trade-offs.
• Hands on development experience with Android native applications, Android API integrations using COMPOSE.
• Proficiency in connectivity technologies: BLE, WiFi, Bluetooth Classic.
• Understanding IoT systems and how they interact with mobile apps.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
• Good knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Git, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:
Automobile or connected vehicle domain experience.
Familiarity with modern mobile architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
Exposure to Firebase, OTA updates, or cloud integrations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
