Senior .Net Developer

Overview

We are seeking experienced Senior Engineers with professional experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications using .NET technologies.The main scope of work will include everything from back-end to client-side code, using optimal and efficient technologies, frameworks, and design patterns. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop features for both existing and new products, as well as create small PoCs in quick succession. Therefore, you must be skilled at problem-solving, solution design, and high-quality coding.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contribute & mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Contribute to architecting robust, scalable, and secure .NET-based applications
• Participate in creating PoCs, requirement analysis and provide technical guidance to the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management
• Review code, conduct design reviews, and perform unit and integration testing
• Oversee and ensure successful delivery of development tasks and project timelines
• Resolve complex technical issues and support team members in their daily tasks
  
  

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework and .NET Core
• Strong experience with SQL Server, including database design and with Entity Framework / EF Core MVC and LINQ.
• Good exposure to front-end technologies like Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and testing frameworks like xUnit/NUnit.
• Quickly adapt to and learn emerging GenAI technologies and frameworks.
• Leverage modern AI productivity tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot to improve development efficiency.
• Work with or demonstrate understanding of Applied AI concepts such as LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and LangFuse.
• Demonstrate knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), tool calling, and MCP servers .
• Exposure to Kafka and RabbitMQ for event-driven architecture.
  
  

You should have

• Credible experience in C#, Asp.NET MVC, and .Net core, anywhere between 5 to 8 years.
• Exposure to GenAI tools (LLMs, RAG, LangChain, Copilot) and ability to apply AI-driven development practices.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and client-facing skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Proactive in identifying risks and suggesting mitigation strategies.
